How it Works
The Time Zone Meeting Planner is designed to simplify scheduling for international teams.
- Add Cities: Select the cities or time zones you want to coordinate from the dropdown menu.
- Drag the Slider: Move the slider at the top to adjust the "Base Time" (your local time).
- Check Status: As you move the slider, times for all cities update automatically.
Colors indicate if the time falls within typical working hours (9:00 - 17:00).
- Green: Best meeting time (9am-5pm)
- Yellow: Acceptable but not ideal (8am-9am, 5pm-10pm)
- Gray: Night time (Rest)

FAQ
What is considered the "Best" meeting time? ▼
This tool considers 09:00 to 17:00 local time as the best business hours
(Green). 08:00-09:00 and 17:00-22:00 are acceptable (Yellow), while other times are considered
rest hours (Gray).
Does it support Daylight Saving Time (DST)? ▼
Yes. This tool uses the browser's built-in Internationalization API (Intl), which automatically
accounts for DST based on the selected date and city.
How many cities can I add? ▼
There is no hard limit. You can add as many as you need, but for readability, we recommend
keeping it under 10.
Why can't I find my city? ▼
The dropdown lists major representative cities for time zones. If your city isn't listed, please
select another major city in the same time zone (e.g., use "New York" for Eastern Time).
Is my data saved? ▼
We do not upload any data to servers. However, we use your browser's local storage to remember
your selected city list for your next visit.
What happens when the date changes? ▼
If the calculated time crosses into the next or previous day, the date display on the location
card will automatically update to reflect "Tomorrow" or "Yesterday".
Can I send calendar invites directly? ▼
Currently, this tool is for planning only. Once you've decided on a time, you'll need to create
the event manually in your calendar software (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.).
